The Global Small – Medium sized service provider’s landscape has a number of strong regional or local service providers who run the risk of losing their clients for want of an offshore strategy. These service providers have built strong relationships with their customers but do not have the “offshore" arrow in their quiver. Without it, they cannot compete with global players and offshore majors and their window of business opportunity is closing from an “end-to-end” service offering angle. Their thought leadership and mindshare, and eventually, the share of the customer’s pie diminishes.
Mentoris works with such vendors in a shared facility to give them the benefits of scale and the option of offshore delivery. We have developed a clear, non-conflicting, future-proof strategy and a business model to effect offshore delivery for such regional service providers. The model also provides for transition to a separate facility should the service provider/end customer reach critical mass to have one.
