Execution

Mentoris follows a multistage process based on the customer criteria and business goals and then develops a client specific approach which is suitable for outsourcing your required components or activities.

Requirement and Situation Analysis:
We start by analyzing your current processes and requirements and map out the areas of concerns. Once we derive a common ground with our customer's team on identifying the components of your business which needs to be taken first, we outline the execution into a phased approach where phase-0 is a pilot phase where we take one area or component and define and agree on all parameters pertaining to deliverables, project management and execution

Phase-0 Pilot Phase:
In this phase stage we actually carry out the outsourcing work using the engagement model agreed. Usually the pilot phase is done in for fixed period of time which will enable both teams to appreciate each other’s expectations. The pilot phase is a representative phase and it's done to iron out any unstated expectations and issues which were overlooked during the planning phase.

Execution or Project Phase:
In this phase we replicate all the processes in pilot phase and migrate customer processes to offshore location. We ensure that knowledge sharing with the team is completed and team is initiated into project goals and expectations esp. the delivery schedules and any agreed SLA on quality metrics, productivity, milestone schedule, billing and monitoring methodology, progress reporting and escalation procedure.

Review or Process Improvement Phase:
We carry out a comparison between actual versus agreed metrics and do a root cause analysis to ensure variances between actual to agreed metrics are mapped and course correction initiated. This is done both at project level as well as program level where the scope is larger and includes business metrics as well.
