Job Description:

Position 1: Junior Level

Candidate should have 1-2 years experience in accounts with working knowledge in Tally, MS Excel and Word.

Position 2: Middle Level

Candidate should have 3-6 years experience in accounting function with good working knowledge of accounts in Tally, MS Excel and Word.

• Purchase bill checking, Bill passing in Tally.
• Sales Order entry/ Invoice generation and dispatch.
• Petty Cash entries.
• Verify all Journal Vouchers, Cash Payment vouchers.
• Calculation, deduction and remittance of TDS for all types of payment.
• Experience in handling Bank, Vendor and Customer account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet and Schedules.
• Exposure to Service Tax/VAT /E-TDS filings.

Position 3: Senior Level

Candidate should have 7-15 years experience with good knowledge of Accounts, Tally, ERPs, MS Excel and Word.

• Responsible for all budgeting, costing, profitability planning and analysis.
• Experience in generating and presenting Management Information reports.
• Handling entire accounts and finance functions.
• Hands on experience in all statutory compliance matters such as TDS/PF/ESI/Service Tax/VAT.
• Exposure to Incorporation and Regulatory Services.
• Preparing cash flow statements, Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet accounts
• Ability to effectively coordinate with both Internal and Statutory Auditors to finalize the books of accounts.
• Train junior and middle level Accounts Executives on various Finance and Accounting Functions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Hands on experience in Finance and Accounting functions.
• Attitude to accommodate client’s needs and priorities.
• Take initiative and be committed.

Position 4 : Senior Level

Candidate should have 3-7 years experiance with good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (or) Oracle Financials.

• Experiance in generating and presenting Management information reports.
• Excellent working knowledge on Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains or Oracle Financials with excellent skills in using the Standard Great Plains or Oracle Financials functionalities.

Desired Candiate Profile :

• Should be open to do night shift.
